1. Processing & Packing Time
Please allow at least 7 business days for our team to carefully process and pack your order before it is officially shipped out.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Once your package leaves our facility, standard shipping typically takes a maximum of 22 days to arrive at your delivery address.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing a tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking link will become active within 24 hours of dispatch.

5. Damages and Lost Packages
Daily Essential is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, or if your tracking shows the package was delivered but it is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing your claim.
